I just started getting this product and am I enjoying them but I got this body wash and cannot even get you to replace a mistake you made... a lot of the liquid in the bottom no lid on it and one big mess... I cannot send it back because of the mess it would make on others packages.... so, since I'm not getting an answer of any kind for this product and I just got a choice telling me it's fraud to my a claim if it's not returned even after I have bought a lot of other st ives products, I'm no longer going to buy this product no more... and it breaks my heart because I finally found something that works on my sensitive skin after having chemo and dealing with cancer.... I'm not sure why St. Ives rolled out a new bottle, but I'm thrilled they didn't make other changes to my favorite body wash. I love the subtle fresh scent and the way this stuff foams. Best of all, it gives great value for the money. Read more

The product works great, i use this mostly for my face this time around as this is where i see the result mostly.
