I’ve used this product religiously for 6.5 months, and I see no new hairs growing. I’m fact, I think my hair looks even thinner. The literature says it could take 3-6 months to start seeing results, with 12 months showing full results. So at this time I can’t recommend the product. I've been using minoxidil for over 8 years, but switched over to nanoxidil because it sounded new age. After 2 months of use my hair started shedding massively. After a week I switched back to minoxidil, it slowed my shedding and with any luck it will replenish my thread count I lost.Minoxidil does warn that if you stop use, your hair will start to shed again. These products are to retain what you have or to slow your balding.In my experience switching over to Nano (DNC-N) from Mino was not a 1 for 1 transition. If you are maintaining with Mino, stick with it. Read more

After using the DNC-N for about three months it hasn’t done anything to slow down my hair loss. My hair line seems like it has actually been receding faster since I began using this product, and it hasn’t done too much to thicken my hair at all. On top of that, my scalp feels pretty dry all the time now. I’m going to stop using it for now and try out rosemary and peppermint oil in my shampoo instead. Read more

I can't speak for male or female pattern baldness. A few years ago a medication I took seemed to trigger an inflammation response in my body that triggered alopecia areata. I have given this product a full year and been devoted to applying it twice a day, on one particular spot, right where I like to part my hair. The other few spots I didn't care about because they are small and when my hair grows out they are invisible. I've given it a full year now and spent about $400 on Spectral DNC, and the hair has not come back, even a small amount more.Perhaps it's more of a product for pattern baldness. I've ordered this product for the last time. I am giving a much less expensive saw palmetto product a try that has supposedly been somewhat successful for alopecia areata. Read more

I am very disappointed that I have just purchased this product after using it only once and stored the bottle in my gym bag and all the liquid spilled out. This bottle is expensive too. The bottle was sealed but apparently, when the bottle is tilted a certain way everything comes out of it. The bottle isn't broken, nor is the nozzle spray. It is just poorly sealed. There should be a warning telling you not to tilt the bottle over I guess. This sucks because I have tried this product for a whole month from a previous bottle. Nothing has happened yet, but I'm optimistic. Now I have to commit to purchasing a new bottle to see if this stuff really works since it claims I'll see results in 3 months. Very frustrating. Ho acquistato questo prodotto in quanto era tra i consigliati come trattamento post trapianto capelli. Non potendo usare il minoxidil in quanto allergico, con quest'ultimo non sto avendo alcun tipo di problema. Sono a 2 mesi dal trapianto ed effettivamente i capelli sembrano avere un maggiore densità e miglior aspetto, ci vuole comunque ancora tempo prima di vedere un risultato soddisfacente.
