I'm not sure why there are complaints on the items being "sooo thin", these are baby towels and washcloths, they are supposed to be very light! The outside of the towel and washcloths are more of a terry cloth material and the side that touches little ones skin is very soft. I have not used these yet or washed them so I will come back and update my review once I do, but for now I don't see anything to complain about, for the price to get 3 hooded towels and 20 washcloths I think it's a pretty good deal. :)UPDATE: These have held up well, still recommend! I didn’t want anything scratchy for my baby and was worried these would be. They aren’t! They’re incredibly soft- one side is towel material, the other is a soft flannel like feel. They are thin, but they are for infants so they should be . Once they are washed the washcloths curl at the edges- which bugs me while folding. But whatever, they serve their purpose well!
