I sleep much better, I use sleeping pills (otc) they help but I still wake up 4 to 5 times a night for no reason, 6 to 8 times if husband or dog move or breathe. I NEVER sleep past 4 A.M. EVER.Since I have been taking 1/4 tsp 1 x a day I sleep through the night, yes sometimes the dog still wakes me but not like before and I can sleep as late as 7:30.I have not noticed any other benefit they say it can help ringing in the ears but that is still the same. It has made a huge difference in my sleeping that I notice on day 4 of taking it when I woke up at 6:45 and it was light outside that's just unheard of, the last time that happened I was a teenager. This is a very fine powder and dissolves easily in juice/smoothies and even water if you give it a good enough stir. I give this to myself as well as my kitty as a supplement.
