LOVE!! Does exactly what I want it to do. The top doesn't loosely sit on the top, there is a ridge so it is semi-secure.It comes with black removable padding and the drawers do come all the way out.You cannot flip it upside down due to how the drawers slide in the the small ridge intop to hold the top piece.The bigger drawers will come out and stop at a slant and my makeup does roll to the front, but I am okay with that. I loved the idea of this and it was a great find, great price and I've read all types of great reviews, HOWEVER what started as a small crack (which I didn't cause) has turned into a huge mess... I did not drop it, nor hit it with anything. It just started crumbling (see photos). I usually would return/exchange via Amazon, but the return window for this product is only 30 days. This was a great investment for me! It’s quite a bit larger than I expected, which is great. I’ve had makeup storage problems for years as my collection has grown, and this organizer has solved most of them. The color is gorgeous and matches the color scheme of my vanity perfectly. The only thing I would possibly change is to make the drawers a bit deeper for larger makeup palettes, but that’s a minor complaint and I’m incredibly happy with the set. Upon opening there was a chip in the plastic. I ignored that but sorry I did. After 3 days the runner on the drawer came apart. This was not a quality product and I do not use these things carelessly. I needed these dimensions and this particular design but I don't think it will last long if it keeps cropping up with broken pieces. I was shopping around for a box to keep my makeup in and was surprised by how expensive the acrylic boxes are. They go for around $200 in Sephora, Boxygirl, etc. I ended up picking this one and I'm so glad I did! I love that it's clear so I can see where everything is. The box is sturdy, well built and it holds just about everything. I wish it was a little bit bigger or that it had another drawer because I wasn't able to fit all of my lipsticks, but that's not a big deal. Overall I'm really Happy with this! And it was only $30! My make up collection is not a mess anymore thanks to this product. All my make up fits in there amazingly except I definitely needed more lipstick spots which I'll be buying an additional organizer for.My Urban Decay NAKED palette could fit in it. I have 4 of them in the bottom drawer but my Too Faced Natural Love palette was just about 0.5 cm short.I like that it comes with drawer lining that grips to make up so they are not moving around in there as you open and close drawers.There is however two cons about this product. The top does not attach to the bottom securely and separates easily so you gotta be careful moving it.Also, the drawer handles are hard to get a grip on sometimes specially when I just applied lotion or primer. Large enough to fit 4 naked palettes in one drawer! I have 2 UD Naked Palettes and 2 TF Chocolate Bar palettes in ONE DRAWER! Generosly sized drawers. I even fit a TF Everything Nice palette in one of the large drawers. That is a pretty big palette. There was not a scratch and it was very securely packaged in tough shrink wrap.I would recommend this particular brand as the plastic seems thick and tough. I've only had it for a couple of days but it definitely does the job and is better than I expected. My only reason for giving it 4 stars, is that the topper sections are bigger than I expected so not great for lipglosses or liquid lipsticks as they tend to fall over and essentially I wanted to put all my Lime Crime lippies in there. i did, but they're not as neat as I had hoped. Otherwise beautiful storage and display. Put pictures on Facebook and got a lot of compliments.I plan to purchase more of these in the future! The pictures show 2 units. I have tried an endless number of boxes, make up bags, etc, but I either couldn't see what I had, or it ended up getting mixed up and separated.When I saw these acrylic organisers I thought they looked really pretty, but assumed they would be too small. However, I have not only been able to fit all of my make up in it, I have also been able to organise it into groups that work for me. I can not only see everything I have, I can also find what I want without spending ages hunting and digging through.I am planning on buying more of these to organise other areas too.Well worth the money, and great quality.
