These work but they aren't as potent as nytol in my experience, I am a semi insomniac and take unisom gel tabs, alieve pm (more so for muscle/cardio related help) & a mild tranquilizer/anxiety prescribed medication as I suffer from anxiety, grief, insomnia, trauma. I take these if I find I am still restless. While I know 3 meds are already intense for sleep, I want to point out size doesn't matter, as I am waify female so just want to mention, medications are different for everyone, as I just have a high tolerance vs Someone twice or three times my size who would be knocked out with one unisom. My mixture will vary depending on how awake I'm feeling and what time it is, &always take as little as possible. But when I have taken these, I've I have felt sick the next day, as maybe it's the mixture of the meds, But it definitely makes me feel sick and nauseous every time I've take. The only pro about these is that u can take one or two etc as they are only 25 mg per pill. I suggest nytol over these, similar price and I find nytol to kick in very soon, and sometimes don't even need unisom and/or alieve pm when I've taken that. Read more

I like these because they put me out usually and I do not have as bad of a mental dog sleeping pill hangover the next day as with other OTC’s or prescription pills. Also the low dosage provides less concern with accidentally heath ledgering myself. Read more

I know they weren't extra strength, but they didn't do the job. I added an extra pill when I used them and it was just ok. For the value, go to a different brand that manufactures extra strength. Read more
