I normally expect it to take a few weeks before any type of supplement starts to work-but after 3 days of taking 1 pill each time-my hot flashes and night sweats have been reduced by like 75%. And-I'm not constantly angry and ready to bite everyone's head off for no reason. This is amazing-and no weird side effects.
