First, we’ve trusted Solgar products and have used for years. This combined with Orthomega triglyceride capsules 820 have really helped husband and myself with arthritis pain and inflammation. Both are large capsules and kind of hard to swallow; just get your mouth wet and take a gulp of water, throw the pill in toward the back of the mouth, add more water, and swallow. Read more

I've tried different brands. This works best for me. It is not the cheapest nor the most expensive. On this brand, I don't get stomach upset or have allergy problems because it is yeast, soy and preservative free. I take 4 a day for a medical condition. Read more

I'm now finishing my second bottle of Solgar Full Spectrum Curcumin. It is the first curcumin supplement I have tried. The dosage is only 1 per day, but still the cost is high.Most of my adult life (now in my 50's) I have had knee pain, and within the last 10 years bad neck pain (seen numerous doctors for this). I'm allergic to any Sulfa compound so cannot take the typical joint pain relievers MSN/Chondroitin. The Solgar curcumin has provided some pain relief for my neck and knees. But I also have arthritis pain developing in my left hand thumb joint which this product hasn't helped.I did stop taking it for 2 weeks to test if the pain relief was real, and sure enough I could definitely tell the difference.From the reviews I've read, people have different body response to difference products, so due to the cost I may try another less expensive product. I have Fibromyalgia & had a veteran with spinal cord injury recommend. I too HIGHLY recommend if you suffer with pain or inflammation ie arthritis, IBS ETC. My pain eased better with this then pain pills. Read more
