These are highly effective, almost immediately for depression. They help me constantly when I get overwhelmed, and everyone I have recommended them to has benefited as well. Recommend taking 2-3 caps at bedtime (although anytime is fine, preferably without food) and they can be taken every 4 hours. Do not take if you are on birth control pills as they will reduce the effectiveness. Read more
