I got this product because I was wanting to add a natural source of iodine to my diet hoping it would help with menopausal weight gain. Unfortunately, for my body, this kelp causes unbelievable intestinal problems such as intense gas pain and bloating that lasted for days. I am not able to take this at all. Read more
