For years, I've been suffering from hand issues, getting progressively worse. Stiff joints, pain in my joints, swelling, numbness and tingling, and carpal tunnel, all mostly in my left hand. Creams, gels, roll-ons, and even pain relievers, if they worked at all, the relief was only very temporary. Compression gloves have helped the most, but even using them, they don't seem to be working as well for me now, as they did in the past.Then I saw and read about this Snailax Cordless Hand Massager, and it seemed promising, so I ordered it.I have to say, when I first took it out of the box, it reminded me of a cordless hand vac, that you put your hand through!This Hand Massager comes with a plastic bag that contains the necessary USB Charging Cable, a Portable Hand Massager, and a Package Of 10 Disposable Plastic Gloves, as a gift I guess.I love that this Hand Massager is Rechargeable, because it can be cumbersome, so the fact that it's rechargeable, it makes it easier to use, for wherever you choose to use it. I have found that it works best for me, on the arm of my loveseat. You do need to charge the Hand Massager before the first use, which takes about 5 hours, so I charge mine overnight.It will run 1.5 Hours if you use the Heat Function, or 4.5 Hours, if you don't use the Heat Function. I am using mine with the Heat Function, as it makes my hands feel better.Then the rest is all a matter of choice and a learning curve, to see what works best for you. The Intensity Button goes from L1-L6, The Mode Button, meaning The Massage Mode goes from P1-P6. The Default for The Intensity is L3, and The Default for The Mode Button, Massage Mode is P1. The Heat Button is either On, or Off. I haven't used The Vibration Function, which is Low, High, or Off. The Suspend Button pauses the massager, then press it again to go back to it's previous state. The Power Button of course turns the unit On or Off.The Hand Massager will automatically turn off after 15 Minutes. They don't suggest using it for more than 15 Minutes, 3 Times A Day.The rest is kind of trail and error, what works best for you. I've been using mine for the past 3 Days, 3 Times A Day on L3 for Intensity, and P3 for the Massage Mode, with the Heat Option On. I am finding how far I put my hand into the Hand Massager, whether my fingers are sticking out of the opening, where my palm is resting makes it more comfortable or less comfortable when in use. I love that I can increase the Intensity and The Massage Mode, if I need to. To me, it's best to start out using the lower number options, and see how it works for you.After using the Hand Massager, it does leave an imprint on all areas of your inner fingers, and on both sides of your wrist, but only partially on your inner thumb, I guess because of how it's situated. I had no idea that that would happen, but to me it's proof that it's covering all necessary areas.Before using this Hand Massager, I would wake up during the night, because my left hand hurt or was sore. Since using this Hand Massager the last 3 Days, that hasn't happened.I'd rather use this Hand Massager while I am watching TV, instead of taking a pain reliever, or using a topical pain reliever.If you register your Hand Massager, it will activate the 2 Year Warranty. I really like this product, and it's very easy to use. Your Power, Intensity, Heat, and Mode Choices clearly light up in Red, except for the Vibration Mode, that lights up in Green, and the Suspend Button lights up in Blue.I am so grateful and happy to have this Hand Massager, since using other pain relieving type products haven't worked out that well for me.If you are having hand issues like mine, and have tried other pain relieving products that haven't worked out that well for you, you might want to try this Snailax Hand Massager. The media could not be loaded.  I get awful cramping in my hands and wrists from regular typing and detailed craftsman work, and really hoped this would help. Wow! Right out of the box this thing looks sleek, but then once I turned it on and felt the compression and heat, it was a wrap. Absolutely worth every penny, I wish I had this years ago.Details: heat comes from seemingly the top AND bottom, warms nicely. Three compression levels, so far I think I’ll be starting with Level 1 to get used to the feeling. The vibration can be turned off, as can the heat and/or compression. All settings are interchangeable. If you just want the vibration or heat you can just simply warm and loosen your hands.Truly a great product. I had no idea these things existed before last Friday, but I searched for hand massager on Amazon, found quite a few of them and ended up ordering this one as it looked similar to the others but was cheaper. I received it on Monday, unboxed it, put my hand in it and pushed the power button. Oh... my... goodness. It is worth more money. I've only used it once so I cannot say how it will hold up. But I can tell you that just set on 3 intensity and pattern 1 I had a glorious hand massage. I can't wait to do it again later today. And in regard to it lasting, it comes with a 1 year warranty, but it came with a card that says if you email them you get an extended 3 year warranty. The hand massager creates a warm pleasant variable massage. I have mild arthritis and an old thumb surgery that’s been bothering me lately. Most of them just squeeze and heat the hands. I bought one like that and returned it. This does squeeze the hand, had heat and it also vibrates. I have awful finger joint stiffness and pain. This helps alleviate it to a degree. Read more
