If this product was labeled and advertised as a compact first aid kit it would be fine but it isn't. It has a children's theme and its label says it's for a mother's "diaper bag" yet every chemical product it in it says to ask a doctor before using it on 12 year olds and younger with a couple saying for 2 year olds and younger. In a children's first aid kit never put products in that say "ask a doctor first" because it's a first aid kit and if you had a doctor around you wouldn't need it. Doctors never say it's okay if you ask them about random generic products being used on your baby. I really liked this kit! It had almost everything I could want in a quick med kit. I swapped the scissors and tweezers for some sharper ones, and added nitrile gloves and a few butterfly closures. There's a little slip pocket on the back where I've put emergency contact information and a copy of my insurance card. If I had to change this pack, I would eliminate the velcro (not good if you've a higher end bag and don't want a snag) and I would really like it if it were offered in red or some other "emergency" color so it would be easier for someone digging through your bag to find. Sure..you can easily make your own little mini first aid kit, but it won’t be as cute. My husband and I work in healthcare, but we just wanted something already packed and ready. There’s so much on our plates, that we just didn’t want to miss a critical item. This kit is so convenient, plus it’s super cute and easy to find in our diaper bag.I would def keep track of expiration dates or set reminders to change items that are expiring. This small first aid kit is great! Cute fabric, it is a "roll-up" first aid kit. Perfect, small size to fit in diaper bag / purse, or to just stash in your car. There is an exterior slot pocket in case you want to add anything. Nice assortment of band aid sizes - child and plain band-aids. Other things included: Scissors and medical tape, nail clippers, tweezers, gauze, hydrocortisone, burn creme, antibiotic ointment, lip balm, safety pins. This product is awesome! How often do you see a product with THIS many 5 star reviews? It was a first for me and I was certainty skeptical. I love to review (check the name) and thought I'll order it and check it out, a great portable first aid kit is hard to find afterall.My first aid kit arrived today and now I get it. The outer packaging is sewn well and is quite durable. The kit itself is stuffed with everything it listed and it was all in great shape. Comprehensive and organized well, the only possible suggestion I could give would be to say that one of those break & shake ice packs would be a nice addition. Read more
