I know it was a fluke, but I swear the first time I used this I woke up 7 lbs lighter! A combination of clothing, time of day, etc but I literally weighed myself before bed, soaked in the tub for 45 minutes, went to bed then weighed myself when I woke up. I really liked the scent. That being said I don’t think the quality of the salts were any better than cheap ones and I don’t understand why it’s called slim soak because when you read the description they don’t refer to it at all. It was just all about the delicious scent to me. I didn’t buy twice - at that cost it was just a treat and I went back to my $1.29 CVS brand at the local discount store but if you have some cash to spend I recommend it. So much so I think I’m going to see if I can by geranium, grapefruit and orange blossom oils to recreate the scent at home. Read more

Truly these are the best bath salts I've found, the scents are wonderful and do not overpower ones scenses. I have tried quite a few of their different blends and have liked them all. I have no idea if the ingredients contribute to weight loss. There are no miracles. But I take Epsom salt baths frequently and like trying different scents and oils.This particular one smells good. I didn't really expect this to help me lose weight, but I was hoping I would feel "detoxed" afterwards, like I do after adding ginger epsom salts to the bath.
