I’ve tries many other brands of oral hydration tablets and powders. The lemon SIS hydration tablets are virtually tasteless, or rather have just a ‘hint of lemon’ flavor. Definitely not my favorite, but still allow me to get a little extra sodium that I need. My favorite SIS hydration tablet flavor is the strawberry lime.The lemon is just ‘okay’. I've been an avid user of Hammer Fizz tablets in my water for workouts--especially helpful in my 2-3 hour cycling adventures. I thought I would branch out and try some of the competitors, and started with SIS Berry flavor. The flavoring is subtle and clean without excessive sweetness or cloying aftertaste.
