This stuff great. For short races or efforts I’ll throw twice the amount in and it’s similar to the beta fuel packs with better flavor. Long 4hr+ races I bring a bag in my pocket full and pour it in bottles at stops, helps to stay on top of nutrition and away from cramps. Read more

There is a customer number for questions regarding the product. The number doesn't give access to an operator. My concern was to figure out if there was gluten in the ingredients. I have tried many drinks for Cycling and Running, but several have too much sugar and don't dissolve well.Recently was using Accelerade, but had to constantly shake as over time you can see it on the bottom.This drink has been excellent and especially like the complex carb combination and very low sugar.Would buy again.
