I bought these because my vagina has become so inelastic and dry that I cannot have full pelvic exams or vaginal sex. It just becomes too painful and I have to stop. I have been surprised and pleased by my body's response to working with the dialator. There were certain areas which responded well to stretching and painful areas which became less painful after a few sessions. My physical therapist recommended this product for continued personal exercise for my pelvic floor spasms. I had originally gotten the hard plastic version, but this set is such a fantastic improvement. Much more realistic, if you catch my drift! The soft plastic and set of sizes has been really helpful and encourages the user to do the therapy more often. Not sure about the suction because I don’t have a smooth surface to attach the base to.
