I was looking for a shampoo and conditioner for my Asian hair that would help with thin hair and hair loss. It kept showing me this brand and the great reviews. I've used their other Tsubaki hair lines before. So I thought I'd give this one a try. I have only used this for a couple of weeks. Right away I noticed the wonderful smell. The shampoo lathers up pretty good and the conditioner is light compared to the store bought ones. It is gentle on my hair. But unfortunately I am still losing hair and I know that this shampoo/conditioner is not a fixer upper right away issue, and it'sonly been a couple of weeks. I know it will take months to see results. But I am taking vitamins and other stuff to help with my hair. I am using this shampoo and conditioner to just give it the gentle treatment while I'm trying to care for my hair loss. I hope to see good results in the future from my usage of it. I’ve tried it all, from Kerastase, Oribe, and Bumble & Bumble to Pantene, Suave, OGX, Honest Company etc .... but Super Mild is it! I don’t know what it is with the other shampoos and conditioners but this particular set from Shiseido doesn’t make me oily, and itchy. I am super sensitive and unfortunately accumulate contact dermatitis pretty easily on my scalp, but not with this stuff! Don’t know what’s in it but it’s magic and I love it! My hair is very thick and wavy (totally not typical for Asian gals, but I have it), and the shampoo cleans well/isn’t over drying. And the conditioner makes my hair super soft, product smells great. This was my go-to shampoo and conditioner back in the early 90s in Japan. So glad I can get it here on Amazon. Formula seems to be the same. Leaves my hair moisturized and it doesn’t weigh my hair down. The scent takes me back to my youth. Read more
