Even though this is a great price for this mask, the packaging is not exactly the same. I wanted something that will help with hair growth, but turns out this product is similar to the one they advertise on the photo. The list of ingredients also differ. The mask works fairly fine in my hair. I use it once a week as a deep moisture treatment for my brazilian blowout-chemically damaged hair, and do see a difference. I am happy with the product, but believe they should have posted the photo of the actual product they are selling, so people would not be mislead. I noticed a difference since the first day of use. My hair is very very soft and shiny, it does smell like play dough but once you wash your hair, the smells is really good. I put a considerably amount on my hair (long), sleep with it all night and wash it at morning. I noticed that a lot of breakage went away and it looks like I just got a haircut. I have very long red hair, and live in the very dry SW. This masque makes a nice base for my own conditioner mix. By itself it does work well, leaving hair soft and stronger, but after adding a couple of oils and another conditioner the normally strong smell becomes pleasant. The extra oils and conditioner combat my tangles. This masque might be a bit weighty for someone wanting to wear their hair down. I am only giving 3 stars for the price. Really good product. As my gair gets dryer every year, regular conditionners r not enough anymore. I used VO5 Salon Series Mask in the past which was amazing, but i can't find it anymore. I use this product now, not as a mask, but as a conditioner each time i shampoo and my hair is noticeably different: smoother, softer, shinier. Product doesn weight my hair down either nor flatten it. I love it. Note that the totle is misleading as ot claims 13 oz, though 2 lines below is does say the right oz count (12oz). Read more

This products makes my hair strong and I notice no shedding for days when I use it. However, it makes my hair extremely dry. I have to use a very moisturizing leave in conditioner afterwards. But I like that it reduces shedding and makes my hair strong. Read more

The best deep conditioner I've ever used. I dyed my hair blonde and slacked on deep conditioning for the first couple of months so obviously my ends were fried.
