As the others indicated, lipstick arrived broken and melted. However, I was able to scrape it all out and pack it into tube again. I apply with a lip brush as it isn't strong enough to apply the normal way. Other than that, I absolutely love the color (chosen) and how it feels on my lips. I'm very fussy about color and how it looks with my skin tone, being very fair, I have to be careful of undertones and too bright pigments. It is fairly long lasting, smells nice, feels good. I do wish they could do something about the shipping issues. I would order this again in a heartbeat if I knew it wouldn't arrive destroyed. Read more

It arrived on time. The packaging was way to big for the item but it did come well protected. The color is brighter than in the pictures. First off this color, Chosen, is not as advertised. It's much more of a "dusty rose". However I'm not upset by this because I absolutely LOVE this lipstick, it's my new favorite and I wear it almost every day. Personally I find the actual color to be much prettier and universally flattering than the one in the picture.Anyway, this formula takes the cake for matte lipsticks. So, I bought this because it was the cheapest purple lipstick I could find. I didn't expect much of it, just wanted my lips purple for Halloween. But OH MY GOD it's amazing. It lasted all day. I was out for lunch with friends and we were all wearing lipstick. Their straws were covered in a variety of reddish lipstick marks, and not a dot of mine rubbed off. I ate lunch and dinner and performed twice on the trapeze without reapplying, and it was still vivid. Lipstick smelled stale/awful. Tasted horrible. Smeared rather than go on smoothly. It is in the garbage and will not order this product again. It could have been sitting in storage for years and that is why but I do not know. Stinky and not worth trying again. Read more

I have the Icon color, and this is by far the best matte lipstick I've purchased. I have full big lips, and with most matte options they're very drying, and the color transfer is awful, this product however, is neither of those things. I'm way impressed especially with no color transfer! For me thats the best feature. color pigment is great and you cant beat the price. Will be purchasing more. Read more

I was not happy with this lip color. I was expecting a mauve/grey lipstick and this was definitely not. The color of the lipstick pictured was not the same as the lipstick I received but I guess that can't be helped when you're ordering off of a picture.
