I had originally marked this as five stars because I wasn't planning on using it for potty training. It was more for my use, so I could document when he was potty trained. Once we actually got into potty training, I started using the stickers. It was just too overwhelming for my almost 2.5 year old. If he did each of the things, he got five stickers. It ended up becoming an excitement to get another sticker but not so much seeing it as a reward. I've since stopped really using it and give him one sticker when he goes potty and helps clean up. That gives him the reward he was looking for. Another thing that brought the score down is the stickers dont stick to the chart very well. I'm having to glue a couple on. Also, the big stickers don't stick to my son's clothes when he completes a set. It falls off within minutes, so he doesnt get to sport his accomplishment. Then, he's really sad he lost his sticker. Next, I'm just going to buy a sticker book for him. Read more
When I received this product I thought, No way this is going to work - maybe I should've bought 3 or 4 kits. But this turned out to be a fantastic, inexpensive, easily portable potty training reward kit. A parent could easily create this setup themselves with some stickers but this is attractive enough as sold. The package contains:- Approx. 8"x12" laminated, folded cardboard reward poster and a sticker sheet.- Certificate of completionThere are (5) columns of "deliverables" similar to the ones our government advertised for our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan:- Uh-oh... gotta go...- Sat on potty- Used potty- Clean and flush- Washed handsI taped the poster kid-level on the wall next to the toilet. My kid loved putting the stickers up and felt proud. If she didn't want to wash her hands, I'd say, "Oh well, guess I can't give you that sticker since you didn't do it..." Then she'd rush to wash her hands.Just one kit did the trick for us but, as you can imagine, all kids are different and some factors may have contributed to our success. I'll list them here:1) Our child has an older sibling who is potty trained.2) She was introduced to using the potty before this albeit with no consistent success.3) We were very casual about potty training. We let it happen at her pace and never pushed for success or displayed disappointment at failures.I bought the product because it looked like a participatory way to get a child interested in succeeding with a potty. This simple product met all expectations. Read more
Grandson has been last in his class to train. Even though he can, he won't. Showed no interest until I introduced these. He loves Sesame Street and he loves stickers! We are finally having our first success. At first I thought the various elements were overkill but now I like it. He gets to celebrate any step he participates in even if he doesn't cooperate or complete all the steps. Our request to potty section has been empty. He began asking for that sticker because it bothered him to see it empty. He has now been requesting to go! This has really helped motivate him to care when nothing else we tried did. Read more
Just what we needed! I was determined to potty train my daughter when she turned 2 years old. I I thought we were successful, but after a few weeks she regressed. This works as a reward system, and it's not just for going to the bathroom. It is for wiping, washing your hands, flushing, the whole nine yards. Every time she completed a task she got a sticker, and it really encouraged her to keep up with the routine. At first I was frustrated because it seemed as if the stickers did not stick well, but that ended up being a good thing. If she missed a step, I took a sticker away and was able to restick it once she completed the task the next time.Once the sticker chart was full she got a certificate of completion, she was so proud of herself and has been potty trained ever since! I bought two of these charts as one just isn't going to cut it, but we really saw a difference in my daughter's habits as soon as we started using it. It's nice that she gets a sticker for each individual act (recognizing that she has to go, sitting on the potty, using it, etc) because it makes it more exciting and gives her incentive even if she tried but did not actually go.Great item. I did not have any difficulty with stickers not sticking. Read more

My daughter loved this and it really encouraged her to use the potty. She loved getting the stickers- and although other reviewers said the stickers didn't stick well, I think it's because the cardboard is glossy. My daughter would pick off one or two after she got them and put them on her hands, then parade around showing them off, so it became part of the fun.She loved getting stickers for the different activities (sat on potty, used potty, etc), and would recite each charater (elmo, abby, cookie, big bird, ernie) and it reminded her to remember each step. I wish it were bigger though, we used them all up before she was fully trained. Read more
If your child likes to play with stickers and are using these still hide them so he or she won’t play with them. It’s a exciting item for the parent and child. Brings motivation, I’m still having my toddler use it. Read more
