It was so cute & we were only able to used it for one day. When I tried to remove the night light off the socket. Sparks flew and burnt my outlet. It shouldn't be this difficult to remove an item off the outlet. Very disappointed! See pictures attached. Read more
I really liked this nightlight! It was a fun mushroom shape, and I liked that it changed colors. I put it in my bathroom initially, but I decided I wanted to put it in my bedroom instead. When I went to unplug it from the wall, one of the prongs came out! It’s stuck in the outlet now and I actually zapped myself trying to get it out! Not only am I out the money I spent for the nightlight, but now I need to figure out what to do to get the prong out of the outlet! Very disappointed! Read more
This thing...so I purchased this for our guest bathroom so our guests could see without turning on the light and waking themselves up completely. This light is absolutely NO WHERE bright enough to see ANYTHING much less the toilet. So I went to unplug it to return it and what happens? The end gets stuck in the wall as it detached from the unit itself. Now I have this thing stuck in my wall with hot/live wires hanging out, awesome. :( Read more
This item arrived today. I plugged it in, and it was beautiful....until I pulled it out of the socket and the prong came out and was lodged in the wall socket. It says No Returns. Sad! Read more
The thing is pretty cheap and not very bright, the plastic bulges like its about to snap if you try to straighten it up from the socket (it sits at like a 5 to 10 degree from straight up and down for me). When I took it out to see why it wasn't turning off during the day like it was supposed to, the back ring of it almost came off (like another reviewer here, leaving the base and broken wires attached). You have to use your nails to grip from behind the base of it to not break it when removing it.Considering there are a bunch of reviews showing it breaking upon being taken out, and someone even had a prong break off inside their outlet. There's no way this is a 4.5 star item... a lot of these reviews have to have been paid for. Just looking at the thing, you can tell it's not just a defective item but just not constructed well. I was so excited to receive this cute little nightlight. It was different from anything I had seen before and I had already decided that I would probably order a few more to give as gifts. I received & eagerly opened the package, carefully attached the mushroom cap to the stem base & plugged it into a nearby outlet. It glowed warmly & looked amazing. I wanted to move it to a bathroom outlet to use there as a gentle night time guide, but when I tried to pull the unit from the outlet, one of the prongs broke away from the base & remained in the outlet socket! A wire protruded from where the prong used to be. I have included pictures of the mushroom light just before I tried unplugging it from the outlet & a picture of the wire now sticking out of the base. I had to pull the prong out of the outlet with pliers. Now I found out that Amazon will not allow this item to be returned or exchanged. It wasn't that expensive, but I feel as though I was sold damaged goods that may be dangerous to others who also purchased this cute little light. Read more
This is dangerous. The LED diode is hanging half way out of its housing, not to mention there is no type of insulation on the wires laying on the plastic. This product is so poorly made that I refuse to plug it in. Read more
SAFETY HAZARD! DO NOT BUY. Bought this night light for my 6 year old. Metal prong came unattached and in electrical socket after unplugging because the light did not light up. Had to shut power off just t ok remove metal stuck in the outlet. Tried returning it but this hazardous piece of garbage was 1 day past the return date. Read more
