Being a very fair skinned woman in summer is not very fun. My arms get a little color and by color I mean my freckles really start to get darker and give the appearance of a slight tan. But my legs stay white as a walmart bag. That being said self tanner is a must for me. I hate lotions as they're always streaky but I read an article on this fancy foam stuff and knew I needed to try it. Well it pretty streaky and I mx a was looking for tips on how to not look like a crossbreed between a walmart bag and an oompa loompa that's when I saw to try a mitt! This little mitt is just what I needed! Now my legs just look slightly tan and dont look like a orange creamsicle popsicle! This mitt is so easy to use. You put it on just like an oven mitt, pump your tan foam onto the mitt, and rub your legs. They've held up very nicely since I purchased them in June and they get used every other day and washed every other day as well. It keeps my hand dry but it’s HUGE! I have ginormous man-hands that resemble those of Harry Potter’s Hagrid and it still slips off if I’m not careful. The alternative was a small brown one from another seller and that one required tugging so I can’t complain. But petite gals should be aware. :) Read more

Squirt on some lotion and apply to back, what could be easier? I suffer from some pretty serious dry skin, most winters I have to take baths in water mixed with baby oil just to keep my skin somewhat hydrated. I haven't had to do that this winter because of this product. I use it every morning to apply lotion to my back. It isn't even usually tanning lotion, just normal body lotion. I liked this product at first. Great use, doesn’t streak for my tan. Until I was using it last night. I found that my hand was slipping and my hands felt sticky. I took my hand out to see self tan was all over my finders and the mitt was wearing out and broke!! I find this horrible because it didn’t even last a month! And it’s not like I self tan every day. I use these mitts to apply topical medications that I need to /not/ get on my hands (as I could then transfer it to my cats…or my eyes; both would be unpleasant). These mitts work really well for that; they're thick, so the medicine doesn't soak through to my hands, and they're soft, meaning already aggravated skin isn't further irritated by them. It's probably a novel use, but I can't say enough nice things about using these to apply medications. Read more

I got this to apply my Tanner to my back in those hard to reach places. But the seams around the edge of this thing leave streaks where it takes off the Tanner since they are thicker and more textured than the middle part. Waste of money doesn't work. I still ended up using a hair tie tying a mitt to my body brush to smooth it back out. Read more
