I have purchased this product before from a different supplier. I bought this as back up due to Covid and worried I wouldn't find it when i needed it. I started using it in July and noticed it doesn't have the same consistency as previous bottles I've purchased. The conditioner doesn't have the same feel nor does it work as well on my hair. I would like to return it or get a credit but i don't see that option any longer when I searched for this past purchase and what my options would be. Read more

Not sure what the problem is but I'm guessing the product is old or something. Love Scruples products, but this is so thick I can hardly squeeze it out of the bottle and my hair feels like straw - there is no moisturizing going on at all. Put a pump in it this morning and what ever came up from the bottom was thin in consistency like water - the product must have separated at some point. Read more
