Yes, this product works. Like all things it's not perfect but, it's decreased my pain to almost no pain if I add Tylenol 500 mg every 4 hours. My pain hovers at a 2 now or I have no pain at all.Long story short, I changed insurance and was forced to change doctors. This lovely Dr decided he needed me to know exactly who was in control of my management plan and he needed to reinvent thewheel that wasn't broken. So to my horror he yanked me off all my medications that worked! Put my pain level up to a 6 on a scale from 1 to 10 (worst) over the next 3 days following the appointment. I hadn't missed a day of work (dance and teaching dance) in six years, post surgery, prior to that dr appointment my pain was a 3. Siatic pain, nerve pain, spine pain, bulging disc pain are no joke for those of us that have it and people without pain can't conceptualize 24/7 type of pain(s). I was desperate because, I was unable to work effectively, when I bought the Siaticare product. I was actually forced to cancel teaching dance class for the first time in six years thanks to this lovely doctors actions.Now, it takes a bit of time for Siaticare to work but, stick with it and you may start getting some relief in the second week. I added Tylenol. I'm not a doctor just a lowly PhD according to my new MD. ANYHOW, It's been about 3-weeks now and the bottle says take for 3 months. Excellent product!!! I had surgery for this problem like 7 years ago, but the pain came back and it was horrible! I couldn’t even walk, I’ve been trying everything, muscle relaxers, exercise, teas, ibuprofen, shots of steroids ... EVERYTHING! Nothing worked for me I was so miserable, sadly living with this pain changes everything in your life, work, social life, even when you try to be in a good mood it is impossible. Luckily I found this product here on amazon and when I read the reviews I said ok... let’s try! And I did it!! I have not regrets at all. Aug 2018: I've been taking the 4 pills (2 in the morning and 2 at night) everyday as suggested in the instructions. At this rate, one jar only lasts about 2 weeks and I'm currently on my second jar. During the first 3 days, I didn't feel much of a difference in my pain. However, from about day 4 to day 10, I felt so much better and had no pain at all; I even thought that I was finally seeing the light at end of the tunnel of this sciatica pain that I've had for a year from an injury. However from about day 11 to day 15, the pain and tightness came back.Nonetheless, I decided to go ahead and order the 2nd bottle and continue with it given how much better I had felt from day 4-10. I was tempted to write a review during that time and it would have been 5 stars, but decided to wait a little bit and see how I progressed before reviewing and unfortunately the pain came back after day 10. The bottle states to take the original dose for at least 3 months (that's 6 jars [!] before reducing your dose by half). I just started the 2nd jar a few days ago (overall ~day 17). I'm really hoping these pills work because my next step was to schedule an epidural shot and I've been dreading that. I think these pills would work so much better for those with acute pain (less than 12 weeks) much better than for those of us with chronic sciatica, I wish I had tried them one year ago when my injury was still "new". The price is very high ($38 for 60 pills), but I'm willing to pay that if it actually works and keeps the epidural shot or surgery away.I will finish the current jar and update my review then. I have sciatica and this worked for me immediately. I took 2 pills the first day and I was able to get a good night's rest. I think it even helped with my shoulder pain. I have used my first bottle. Used it pretty religiously at first noticed a difference within 48 hours!!!! I slacked off after feeling so good for over a month and started skipping days, not intentionally, I just forgot. I would notice the pain coming back within days! Started taking them again and the pain would stop again. Not only did it work for me I tested it pretty well too! I couldn't take 5 steps without major pain in my lower back and legs. I was willing to try anything! I gave Sciaticare a chance and it helps so much. It took about 7 days to feel the full results of the pills. It is amazing I walk with minimum pain now. It doesn't completly take away the pain, but it made my Washington D.C.
