Wow, I can't believe my knees are pain free after 3 weeks on this. I had been suffering with very painful knees for several months, which I assume is the onset of arthritis due to getting older. I was reading about glucosamine and thought why not give it a try. I am so impressed and surprised to be able to bend down and get up etc with zero pain. I first bought glucosamine and chondroitin over 10 years ago when Dr. Oz discussed it on his show. I bought it for my mother who suffer from Arthritis. She did not like it so I began taking it in anticipation of inherited maladies. I stop taking the chondroitin but have continued to take glucosamine every day for the last ten years. I like Schiff brand of Glucosamine better than others. I ran out about a year ago and I could not find the Schiff brand. So I was using others brands; some are well known brands, but they were not working - - for me. That is why I turned to the internet for my purchase. I don't write many reviews, maybe I should, I certainly appreciate reviews from others. Schiff Glucosamine is worthy of a review though. I have used it for many years and it works great. I have been a hockey player and a runner and I can always tell when I drop off glucosamine. I read a story once of a different type being much better and switched up. After a while my knees were aching, it took me a little while but I figured it out and I came back to glucosamine hydrochloride.
