That being said, the buzz people talk about, I don’t have it. I get tired. Which for me is good. ADHD doesn’t allow my body to rest, recover. You take minimal amount when you first start. Minimal! I dip the tip of a chopstick and mix that little tiny bit into water and drink it. The taste doesn’t bother me. It’s just not like flavorful other than this super earthy taste. Also on top of my ADHD, I also have a lot of intestinal issues. Pancreas is a mess mostly but suffer now with acid reflux, had ulcers in the past, past some kidney stones. I basically forget to eat and drink water and it’s messed with my intestines. What I’ve noticed since taking this, is, my intestines hurt less. I can actually eat a meal now. It took a few weeks of my body getting used to it. I take it usually before bed but if I need to rest, like today when my back is out, I take it in the day. It makes me relax and sleep and helps my intestines. I hope this helps someone else with ADHD. I feel less like a cat being tied to a tree (frantic, erratic, anxious, amped, hyper, depressed, thoughts racing) and more like a cat in a nice bright, sunny spot, near a window, surrounded by plants, purring. I got this by accident because I was wanting a bigger container due to my husband and I both taking it. It is strong and you don’t need a lot but it’s a pain to get out due to it being so sticky and then it takes longer to dissolve. This is a great brand but I recommend getting it in the powder form. I use a plastic knife to get out of the jar…dip, pull out, spin. Very thick, gooey. Does melt nicely in hot liquid. But that taste..Ugg! Nothing masks it.I hold my breath and chug it down.I cannot accurately comment on its effects because I don’t take it consistently. Read more
