I purchased the "Purple Blue." The listing was a little confusing (see picture attached). It was a gamble whether I would receive what was pictured to the left, what was pictured to the right, or if I would in fact receive purple and blue extensions. For the price, I was fine with any of the 3 options. However, the ones I received were not any of the ones pictured, but a very pale pink and a very pale lavender. The lavender (see picture attached) was so pale that it looked almost white at times. This is the opposite of the "pop" of color I was hoping for. The clip seems strong and like it will hold. However, just while taking the picture, little pieces were falling off, shedding. Some other reviewers mentioned they were not able to curl the extension. I was able to trim and curl mine (I used a flat iron) to match the length and slight curl of my natural hair, but it's only been several minutes and it's already straightened out a bit and seems to stick out. You might be able to see in picture attached. It was a pretty good price though, so I don't know if I want the hassle of returning it, even if Amazon is pretty good with returns. Read more
I got these for an extra pop of color attending the Ren Faire. (Unfortunately, my job will not allow me to permanently dye my own hair.) These clips were extremely easy to use. I docked a star because they were NOT easy to heat style. I had my flat iron set to 415 degrees, and these still wouldn't curl. (I use my flat iron both to straighten and curl my hair.) It ended up being fine because I just wrapped the clip in hair around the curl in my natural hair, but it was a little disappointing that the heat styling was so difficult.
