I started taking these as recommended to help fight Covid and have been taking them as preventative with no side effects. A few weeks ago I started with a normal winter cold/sinus mess. Nothing unusual for me during the winter months and it usually hangs around for a while and makes me feel drained and yucky. This time, I just got the initial "feeling" of it starting but it never developed or made me feel bad. I think it is because of the added immunity booster in this product. I started this product along with probiotics to increase my immune system after having some bloodwork that came back worrisome.
