Great once you find your child's proper size! My son wears a 4 in some shoes but in these he's 2.------ if the toes are sticking out of the sandals they're too small for your child there should at least be a cm or two between the big toe and front edge of the shoe-----His foot measures 10cm and the size 2 fit great (I attached a photo). Size 2 measures 12cm in sea wee. The surfer style ones are a 12cm for a size 3. Read more

We pretty much live in our White Sea wees. My daughter always walked the best in these and we tried stride rite, pedi peds, all kinds. She always seemed to do best in these, surprisingly. (Oh we do still love our TEVA brand sandals! Those and sea wees she walked best in.) We’ve owned every size since she was 9m old and were 20m now and still my go tos along with our mini Melissa’s. We’re getting into size 4 at around 20m now. Recommend white and gold ones! Our go to. Throw em in the washing machine on delicate, when they’re dirty. Clean up for another good go. Read more

I absolutely love these sandals and so does my 1 year old! BUT I listened to all of the reviews that say they run big and many reviews said to size down 1-2 sizes. I ordered one size down and they were too small. My daughters toes were at the very edge with absolutely no room for growth. I returned and ordered her true size and they fit perfectly with room for growth! I attached a photo of the size 4 sandal which measures 14cm. My 1 year olds foot measures 12.5cm. You want to make sure there is a cm of room between their toes and the front end of sandal. For reference, my 1 year old wears a size 4 in both Cat And Jack shoes from Target and Vans. She also wears the size 4 in these sandals so I would say they definitely run TRUE TO SIZE. Read more

I absolutely LOVE Saltwater sandals. They are so easy to throw on in the Summer time, they go with every outfit, can be dressed up or down, and I love that they can get wet and it's no problem (we've worn them to many waterparks and splash pads). These fit very comfortably on my daughter and she never complains about how they feel. When we first get a new pair I usually put them on her and get her entire foot wet with the sandal on and then let her wear them until they dry completely- this helps to loosen the straps a bit and lets the sandal form more to her foot. They are also super easy to clean, I usually just spot clean but sometimes her white pair just get too dirty and I will throw them in the washing machine and let them air dry.Sizing is different than "regular" shoe sizes, so definitely take that into account before you purchase. You HAVE to go off of the size chart on their website to get an accurate fit, measure, measure, measure! They run large. For reference, when my daughter was wearing a size 4 toddler she was wearing a size 2 in Saltwaters. She is now in size 5 toddlers with room to grow (she can still wear size 4 with no RTG now) and size 3 Saltwaters fit perfectly. Size 4 Saltwaters fit but with more RTG. So if I were to order her "regular" size in Saltwaters they would be huge, so keep that in mind!I would seriously buy ever color if I could! Read more

Edit: My daughter wore these to the beach and they worked great for her. I love how they fit the chubby part of her toddler feet unlike the original salt water sandals. We love these little shoes. My daughter wears an exact 4 infant/toddler size in all her shoes (except in Nike she's infant size 5), however, based on reviews saying they run big, I ordered a size 3 and crossed my fingers. Luckily, they fit perfect, with enough room to grow for the rest of summer- and its still May. I love the sturdy, rubber non-slip soles. This is our second pair. Last year I ordered her a size zero and she was 6mo old.One more thing-I LOVE that she can't get these off on her own. In the car, in the back yard, she's ALWAYS taking her shoes off, but she can't get these off. So if that's a problem with your little one, these are amazing. Read more

I took the advice of other consumers and bought a size down and they fit perfectly! My 13 mo daughter has tiny, wide/chubby feet and it's been difficult to find shoes that fit well. these not only fit well, but are adorable and great for the playground as well as the pool! She likes them, too and will bring them to her dad and I to put them on her (after we've gotten home and taken them off her feet!) or she will sit nicely when we are putting them on. Worth every penny! Read more

I love these shoes for my little one. She has very small and narrow feet for her age. I ordered these shoes when she was 14 months and the size 3 was too large (at the time she was wearing a 3.5-4 in stride rite shoes for reference). The size 2 fit perfectly. Being a new walker at the time I appreciated how thick the sole was for extra support. She is now 17 months and her toes are starting to go over the front, so I will be ordering these again in the next size up.Her teachers at pre-school said that when she first started wearing them they would rub a little and cause red spots. But it only took a few wears for them to stretch a bit and fit her more comfortably. Now she doesn't seem to have any issues with them. The ONLY con in my opinion is that the buckle is not super easy to put on, which can sometimes be frustrating with a wiggling toddler. But I like that they aren't as easy to take off (and throw) as her velcro shoes! She has gotten them wet and worn them to the beach and they are easy to wipe off and still look great. They are a perfect classic sandal that goes with anything! Highly recommend Read more

These sandals are adorable on my daughter!! She's 18mo old and I ordered her a size 4 - although, she normally wears a 4.5 in a Stride Rite tennis shoe. As soon as I opened the box, she LOVED them!! The shoes run a little large, in my opinion; but that's great because it allows her room to grow. But there were plenty of sizing options, due to the two adjustable straps, so I had no problem with her wearing them large. The ankle strap was perfect for the needed support for a child of this age. I love the looks of Crocs, but they don't provide support to her ankles and I find that she falls a lot. This provides a perfect alternative for a land & water shoe!! Plus, I think they're much cuter :-) Read more

We ordered these and didn't open them until Christmas when our daughter would fit them. Unfortunately, they shipped two different shoes. The material is nice, and they work well on different types of terrain, but shipping two different shoes is unacceptable. Unfortunately the window for returns has closed, but I would appreciate someone contacting me in regards to this error. Read more
