Never in my life would I have expected to find myself wearing a bright non-pink color like this, because I normally don't want to draw any attention to my hands. Absolutely LOVE this polish and the shade is perfect. Looks just like the picture. I love how smooth the polish is applied with the wide brush and even though I have small nail beds it’s not so wide it touches my skin. One coat is almost all you need but it the picture is two coats. Read more

Reflection Pool is a gorgeous, shiny blue-green color. In indirect sunlight I can really see the subtle shifts of purple. You definitely need to use 2-3 coats, though, to get maximum color payoff. The nail polish itself dries pretty fast. No complaints. Read more

I ordered Reflection Pool (450) and I'm pretty happy with it. I did have to double layer it because the first coat was slightly sheer (as seen in second picture) but after I applied the second layer it was pretty dark. Also, it applied well, no streaky application, pretty even throughout. It's the same color as in the bottle and I like the reflection it creates in the light. The first time I used this I hated it. The opacity of Re-nude kind of sucked. The color is perfect for me, though. So I set them aside. I finally thought I would try it again before getting rid of them. Glad I did. It did take three coats but let me tell you the condition of my nails is great! They’re harder and strong. I have nails that chip, break, and sometimes peel. While I’ve been using this polish it’s not happening anymore. I haven’t chipped the edge of a nail in at least a month since I’ve been using this. I always use the matching base coat, put my favorite Seche Vite top coat. It lasts pretty well. About a week for me. With practice, I’ve worked down to using two coats. The formula is smooth and levels itself well. Seems to dry fast. Move over OPI; I may have found my holy grail polish. Read more

I was looking for a neutral color polish that had good coverage. This is it! I have tried so many different brands of polish looking for a neutral color that wasn't sheer. This polish covers very well. Some of the other brands just don't provide the coverage I want without going to darker shades. This is a pretty blue-green color, a little darker than I expected. I found that the color is very rich with 2 coats. Unfortunately the brush is bulky and has jagged edges and irrregularities that make it impossible to apply the polish evenly and smoothly. I'm hoping to switch it out with another brush from a different polish when I'm done with it.Due to this flaw I would have liked to return the bottle, but Amazon policy does not allow returns. I have to admit I'm not a big fan of Sally Hansen nail colors. I usually only buy when it's a color I really like at a great price knowing it's probably only going to last a couple days tops. That said, I bought 2 colors of the Color Therapy line expecting the same results. I was wrong. This polish is fantastic. You don't need a base coat, the colors apply smoothly. 2 coats and a top coat and my nails looked fantastic for a week without chipping or needing to touchup. So I chose a bright red colour. I’m not that bold when it comes to nail colour and usually stay with safe nude colours. But it being Christmas and needing a bit more joy I decided to try out red. I love the colour! It’s beautiful. I paired it with a gold glitter nail polish as well to make it pretty. I’ve only just put it on so I will see how long it lasts. I really like the nude colour, but I expected more in terms of longevity and texture on the nail. I put a base coat on, two coats of this varnish, and a top coat. However, two coats of this varnish and I can still make out unevenness in my nail surface. Also it chips quite easily. So I feel I'm not getting good value for money. Great product; Vibrant colour; reasonable staying power for a non-gel varnish; and a good price. The best bit is the argan oil in the varnish. It has been brilliant for my nail strength.
