So, I've been using this for a while now and here are my observations:It's best to take these after you've had something small to eat. I originally took one on an empty stomach and instantly regretted it. I was shaky and just felt "funny" all day. The original formula (which I lost 65 pounds using), didn't give me this problem. As a matter of fact, I use to take the original formula in the morning as soon as I woke up. I can't do that with this one. As with the original formula, I skip one day a week. It's usually the next day that I get that funny feeling even if I have had something to eat. So it's really hit and miss. I do have a mild caffeine intolerance, but since this doesn't effect me daily and is really sporadic, I don't think it's the caffeine. Maybe it's reacting with my birth control pills?It's a good possibility since I take them both at the same time each day. I usually take them at about 10 am. The bottle says to take one in the morning, and one mid afternoon. For reference, I'm 5' 3", 136 pounds, and the first one is still in my system by mid afternoon. So much so, that I'm rarely sleeping. I went a full 22 hours without sleep from taking one pill at 10am.I'm not 100% sure about energy or suppressing my appetite since I just constantly feel funny and don't have desire to workout because of it (which is odd because I'm a fitness fiend normally), and I still eat the normal amount I usually do (I'm generally a healthy eater already), but it knocked me out of my never ending plateau and I've lost a pound each day since I have started. I was only looking to lose 10 pounds, so not a lot. I think this may be another reason it's effecting me the way it has. This obviously isn't going to have the same side effects for someone who needs/wants to lose more than 10 pounds.For me, it helped to kick start the weight loss again after sitting at the same weight for a while. I usually like this product. I'm kind of scared of this particular purchase though. When I opened these, it was obvious one of the pills had leaked. I finally got tired of having powder everywhere and decided to wipe down each one, and I feel like the capsule quality is pretty crappy. Worried I had a counterfeit, I looked at the expiration, and it's scratched off. Honestly I have no idea what I'm taking. If you take this, get it from a rep. It's not that much more. Read more
