Like the title says, it is not what I was looking for. I wanted a water bottle that is rechargeable to use as a hand warmer and for period cramps to gift to my sister ( like I had purchased in the past). This product looked similar to what I had gotten but after receiving the product, I found out it has no water nor a place to add water. Also it stays heated only when plugged in and does not get hot, only slightly warm.I wanted to return the product but the only option on the automatic return system was to get a replacement. After getting in contact with their customer service they offered a partial refund and made me keep the product since it would cost more to return the product.I hope this review helps to clarify for any potential buyers.
