I started using a netti pot to clean my sinuses because someone told me that would reduce it bags. Mine are from drinking all day and most nights, and the netti pot doesn’t help with eye bags from that. The doctor said a liver transplant would, well, he said I have to have one, but he wants me to quit drinking to get on some elitist BS list. I mean what does ‘have to have it’ really mean anyways…These work good to keep the water from burning your nose and making you sneeze like you did in the pool, but it won’t help you with your livers or bags under your eyes that make you look like an old alcoholic. Had a glass one before dropped it after a couple years use i looked at several and read the reviews which i hate becouse they are all over the place ohh this the best ohh this the worst like who do you believe so i desided to take a chance on this one mainly becouse it wasnt glass didnt wanna break another one and i have to say i use it every night and im very pleased i have horrible sinus issues so i cant go a day without a flush if i wanna breathe and this is just perfect even toss it in a bag for on the go no problem Read more
This is easy to use and come with the premeasured sodium (aka salt) packets. Please take my advice and do NOT use tap water. It has chlorine and other chemicals and will sting like crazy! Read more

Post covid, my sinuses felt like someone was blowing a ballon up in them using a torch. Not a great feeling. I was nervous about using a neti pot the first time but it is really that simple.
