What I really like about this makeup is that it corrects color AND texture. Even with minimal application, it has a nice airbrush effect. It's great camouflage -- you don't notice flaws unless you're looking closely for them.There is also a lot of control over level of coverage. It's so blendable that you can't really over-apply (it doesn't get cakey) so you can easily get full coverage if you want. It doesn't wear off during the day, especially if you set with powder or spray.Also, I have pale olive skin, so most makeup is too pink or too dark for me. Usually yellowy shades are the closest match, but the ivory beige shade is so neutral that it just blends right in. It also looks good on my fair, warm-toned roommate, and my ginger sister (although it is VERY close to not working). It's basically magic.The only cons are that the applicator is kind of useless and the clumsy packaging can make it annoying to get to the mirror. So first I ordered this in Sand beige which is a color I use for all Revlon products that I love, it came and was like 2-3 shades darker than Sand Beige is normally for their other foundation lines. Then I ordered the Ivory beige, which in the pictures is the lightest color available and looks much lighter than sand beige in the picture. The picture above is a side by side of the two colors I received, They are the SAME. I am VERY disappointed. My wife has used this product for many years. The more recent design of the compact may look nice on the store shelf, but it is VERY clumsy to work with. The original design with the mirror in the top and the product in the bottom was far superior to the 3 piece pain-in-the neck operation the current product has. Quite frankly, my wife hates it. I want an easy to apply, clean, full coverage product, and there is no better product. I have used most products, but have been with this product for over 10 years now. I recently thought I would transition to a department store brand, but the coverage was not as good, so returned the dept store product and returned to this product. Simplest foundation to apply, full, natural coverage.I use a moisturizer first, and sometimes finish with same brand pressed powder for a flawless look, but it isn’t needed.After 10 years, i am committed for life. This matches my skin tone well and I've been buying it for years. My biggest complaint is that it does come off and it's not supposed to. If I accidentally touch my face and then touch something the makeup gets on that something. Usually on the inside of the car doors and console, which drives my husband crazy. This stuff is amazing. It goes on so smooth and looks great. I have olive toned skin and it matches perfect. It's really easy to apply and provides great coverage while still feeling light. When I ran out of this the first time, I decided to try and switch over to Revlon's ColorStay powder...big mistake. The finish was chalky and made my skin feel incredibly dry. Now I'm back to this stuff and so happy. It's great coverage and I hardly ever have to reapply. I have experimented with so many different brands of foundation from liquid to powder and this has been my favorite. I do admit it rubs off and tends to get on my clothes (I haven't tried to set it with a powder yet), but if that's not something that bothers you, then I really do recommend.EDIT: While I love this product, I would be careful if you have sensitive skin. For the many months I used it, I had pretty terrible breakouts in clusters around my chin and cheeks, which is not normal for me. Ironically, this was the makeup that best covered up the acne it was giving me. When Revlon changed their packaging I was confused for such a long time. This works. The price is the best I have found, there is not much in a compact so high pricing is not good. Great product, sometimes I use Photoready concealer under my eyes (I have allergies) but I don't have to. This works great.I do wish there were more color options but this is THE product for me. None other goes on as smoothly or matches as well. I had to have a professional portrait for work and I used this with Revlon powder over it ... honestly, the picture looks a lot better than I do! Easy to use. Looks great on. The big benefit is via spf15 and easy to carry and use. Color selection not a huge issue as sheerness is forgiving whilst still evening skin tone.
