I'm a diehard Revlon Whipped fan because it's so easy to use, very full coverage, and it's one of the only ones I've found that actually carries  colors that are more neutral and yellow, as opposed to pinkish or green.But after two years of steady use, I figured I'd give one of their other foundations a try.   So I picked the dry skin formula in the color "Sand Beige", because that's the color I was using in the Whipped foundation.Well,  they're entirely different shades despite having the same name. Both swatches displayed are from products sold and fulfilled by Amazon in the past few weeks so I don't think it's an issue with age or authenticity.Decided I'd give it a shot anyway:•Thin, and easily blended with my real techniques sponge.•Definitely NOT drying.   In one of the pictures it looks down right oily, but that might be because of the flash reflecting off the zinc or the fact that I had only just put it on.•Definitely NOT full coverage, or at least not as full coverage as the Whipped.  More moderate coverage, but it was easy to build up coverage with an additional application.•The one I received was a pump bottle so it's a lot easier and more sanitary than the jar on the Whipped.•By the end of a work day where I sit mostly behind a desk,  it had begun to wear off pretty significantly.   The after photo is taken roughly 11 hours after application.   ***It's fair to note though that I do touch my chin a lot so it's reasonable that it would wear off.•Also, it looks very obvious in the photo that the texture changed throughout the day.  I didn't really notice this looking at it myself or even in a mirror.  Could again be the flash, but there were no filters added to any of the photos.All in all,  I do like the way it looks for a least the first few hours and I'll continue to use the bottle when I feel like mixing things up.   But I'm still sticking with the Whipped.  Read more

I have used Revlon Colorstay 24hr for many years. I ordered The Normal/dry skin in 180 sand beige . Packaging looked normal and it arrived quickly.. I took it out of the package (clear plastic package), the bottle was sealed with a clear sticker so I cut that open, gave it a good shake, and pumped it on the back of my hand.. and as soon as I did that it was running down my hand like water. I threw out THIS AND Revlon Age Defying makeup for normal skin - both a WASTE OF MONEY! They are SUPPOSED to MINIMIZE WRINKLES and LOOK NATURAL, but BOTH do exactly the OPPOSITE! What is the worst shame on Revlon is THEY USED TO HAVE THE PERFECT FOUNDATION! It was called "New Complexion" and there are LOTS and LOTS of REVIEWS from people who LOVED THAT product, AS I DID. I'm going to give this a 2 because I am extremely pale and the lightest shade actually matched me pretty well without the need for a white mix-in product. However, that's where the pros stop.In what universe is this designed for dry skin? I'm not sure if I got a bad batch maybe, because no matter what it came out completely liquid, but I know some foundations are like that. Maybe that's why it clung to every pore, ever line (I'm 23, I don't have many), everything right after I exfoliated and moisturized. It's a fast drying foundation as well, I had to blend very quickly (used a sponge and a brush, sponge was better because the brush left streaks I couldn't get rid of) and even then there were still spots from where I had applied it. So bizarre.To top off the multiple times I've tried to make this work and failed, I even used this with a Revlon primer that I like quite a bit. This made the primer literally pill up on my face like tissue paper being rubbed. I thought maybe they had different bases, like one is water based and the other isn't, but no. This product couldn't even react properly with other items from the company. My skin didn't feel better after using this, the foundation didn't last well (while partially I'm sure because I had to use my back-up primer that's not as good), and it made my dry skin look atrocious. I always go back to this foundation after trying out new ones! It always lasts the longest on my skin and I really like the coverage and that you can build it up as well. This foundation does not settle into fine lines as much as others I've used. My only complaint is that 200 (Nude) is actually lighter than 180 (sand biege). So when I got a little sun I needed to go a shade darker from 150. So if you think you need a shade darker than 150 (buff) go with 200 not 180. Read more

Pulled off the lid (after removing tape of course) which was stuck to the pump dispenser. The pump came off at the neck of the bottle and foundation shot out dripping everywhere all over my duvet and ruined it. Read more

Poor quality foundation really watery doesn’t stay on for more than an hour or two and then goes patchy. Very disappointed I have lots of revlon products and they are usually always very good- this however has really put me off very poor quality I do not recommend this! Waste of money. Read more
