This is the best night cream, at any price point, that I have ever used. I have sensitive combination skin and mild rosacea, Most drugstore products not designed for sensitive skin cause a reaction--and so do many high-end products. It's fairly thick in texture and very hydrating, so probably not ideal for someone with oilier skin, but for normal or drier skin it absorbs quickly and is amazing. No exaggeration, AMAZING. Gets rid of any flakiness or tightness, and with time creates more even tone and enhances firmness in a way that makes skin look easily 10 years younger. When I use this I my skin looks rested and healthier, somehow.This product proved its value when I stopped using the cream for about six months after my local Whole Foods decided to stop carrying it. I switched to another product that cost twice as much per jar, and my skin became drier, visibly rough, and less even in texture. Within a week of receiving this cream and beginning to use it again, all of that went away. The only product that has ever come close to this in effectiveness was a $125 serum with fancier packaging that I tried as a sample. I have been buying it for about 15 years, it is a great product. i see my skin tighter and my nose less pronounced when I use it. If I am not able to buy it (now, no store in my town sells it and it took me some time to go to Amazon) my skin is visibly worse. For me it is a skin saver. I recommend it for any woman over 40. I've used this product in the past with good results. This product I just received smells terrible like a strong plastic odor. This is not like previous orders of this brand and exact product. I called the manufacturer, Reviva, and they told me this odor is not normal. They also told me that buyers should be careful about where they purchase the Reviva brand products. Their customer service was very helpful. I just hope I can return the two bottles I just received. My low rating is due the bottles I received that smell horrible like some organic chemical.
