This is absolutely the best ointment against diaper rash in existence. A friend suggested it to me and in 2 or 3 days the rash is absolutely gone. Now that my granddaughter is 3, she rarely needs to use it since she's almost toilet trained but once in a while she gets a little red and this ointment takes it away in 1 or 2 days. She says it stings but when I tell her it's "medicine for her rash" she is okay with it since she knows she will only use it once or twice. When she was a baby she never complained and it worked like a charm. Seriously this is way better than anything I ever used for any of my other grandchildren or children. Get it! Read more
I've used Resinol ever since I was a small child. I'm sure my mom used it on my diaper rash 50+ years ago. It is the duct tape of ointments. I've used it for everything. Because of the Zinc Oxide in it, I've even used it as a sun block in a pinch. I'm being funny but it reminds me of the father in the movie "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" where he used Windex to cure everything.I have some mild skin allergies. Its soothing and provides a moisture barrier. Heat rash, allergic reaction rashes, rashes of any kind heal and fade faster using Resinol. Of course switching to hypoallergenic soaps, shampoos and detergents have helped too but I've used Resinol on the red and dry patches of my face that I get from time to time from some allergic reaction to something. Resinol is also great on cuts, scrapes and abrasions. The medication of Resinol, of course, heals the wound but also those injuries don't itch so you're less likely to pick at the scabs so, the wound heals faster. I've now turned my girl friend onto Resinol. She has skin and food allergies and she has found that Resinol helps the rash and break outs from those allergic reactions to heal and fade so much faster than anything else she has ever used. She is my newest convert. "ONE OF US, ONE OF US, ONE OF US..." LOLBefore I found Resinol on Amazon, I used to have to special order it from my drug store. GOD BLESS RESINOL AND GOD BLESS AMAZON PRIME! Read more

Resinol ointment was the only product that cured my children's diaper rashes. Recommended by their Pediatrician 44 years ago, I still use it for other purposes today including poison oak and even on the animals scratches. It is a favorite too for giving new parents. With so many products available they always tell me it was the best for getting rid of their babies diaper rash. I guarantee it works!! Read more

i bought this for my sons when he was a baby and had a diaper rash, it wasn't a major rash (more of a heat rash) and i put this on him and it was gone by the next day. i have used this on numerous things (burns, cutes, sunburn, rashes) you name it and i probably used it. i own a container for each bathroom, first aid kit and for the car. i do recommend it to all my friends. Resinol is useful for so many things. I used it when I burned myself with hot oil and the burns I used it on didn't scar, until the few burns at the same time I didn't use it on that did. It's also great for mosquito bites the itching goes away and it stays on better and works better than calamine. It's quickly becoming my skin cure all. I highly recommend it. Read more
