I went hiking for a week in Acadia national park earlier this month. There was one trail that was shady and criss-crossed over a running brook for a majority of it, and it was like the air was 30% bugs in some parts. Well, this was exactly what I bought these Repel wipes for and boy did they work. Those clouds of bugs parted as I walked through them like I was Moses parting the Red sea. I honestly did not expect them to work that well, especially as I am notorious for attracting mosquitos and always get eaten alive, even with regular bug spray. My skin may have felt a bit of a burning sensation from the chemicals seeping into it, but it was worth emerging from that congregation of blood-sucking monsters with not. one. bite. Read more
No scent is a big plus! And it definitely works. I feed feral cats and am in some wooded areas and was getting eaten alive. After using these, I could actually see mosquitoes swarming around but none landed on me! I love this also because you can wipe in and around your ears where gnats love to buzz and this stops that. I did not feel good about keeping a bottle or can of bug spray in my hot car, so this is the perfect solution! These are terrific, especially for kids. Don't have to worry about them inhaling all of the spray, which seems to be a common occurrence when trying to get a toddler to hold still. Also negates having to rub/spread it around, which is nice, because my three year old tries to do that and then ends up with his hands covered in repellent. Then the hands go straight to the mouth and he's ingesting this stuff, just doesn't seem like a great idea. Read more
This really works and I’ve tried so many repellents that don’t work. It is easy to hand out one wipe to each of my guests at an outdoor picnic. The repellent is clear and wipes easily. It seems less intrusive than getting a handful of cream or spraying myself. Read more
