There are a ton of massage guns on Amazon, many made my companies I've never heard of. Having had a great experience with Renpho digital scale before, I decided to go with them again and am very glad I did.Pros- Comes with carry case that has a dedicated slot for every piece, including the instructions- Lightweight but solid. Doesn't feel flimsy but it's not heavy either.- Six different attachments. Some (like the bullet head) are definitely better for smaller muscles so its nice to have options.- Outstanding battery life. I've used this for almost two weeks for at least an hour of total run time. It's still showing as fully charged. It was 60% charged when I received it so I'm assuming the power readout is working.- Two power "switches". I find this to be a positive. At the bottom, there's a switch to turn the power on. This basically puts it on standby. You then have to press the button near the display to actually get it to start working, along with adjusting the speed. This helps prevent actually turning it on by accident (such has handing it to someone) when you don't want to.Cons- Might actually be too powerful. I've never gone past level 3, which for me is very intense. Even level 1 is adequate for most of my needs. Would be nice to have a lower starting power point and scale up but its not a big deal.- I've seen other massage guns have the ability to adjust the angle of the head. It's a handy feature but not essential. Would probably put this out of the price point I'm comfortable with so I can certainly go without.I've tried a Theragun at a fitness convention a year or so ago. I don't notice a huge difference between that and the Repho, certainly not enough to warrant a price difference of several hundred dollars. I use this massage gun on myself a few times a week, particularly when I do long runs or my back hurts. My calves tend to get really tight during runs and I'm not able to generate enough pressure with a foam roller to be effective. The massage gun lets me target my calves and the difference is noticeable. I've also used it on my fiancee and she was impressed with it to. At this price, it is an excellent investment if you see yourself using it at least once or twice a week. Read more

The battery is ONLY GOOD FOR A FEW MINS, I really want to see how you use it for 8 hrs. Its a JOKE !You fully charge, and in 2 mins it goes to 8 from 10, and then goes to 6 in another 2-3 mins of use. If you use it non-stop the battery dies in 27 mins (on the one i got).Very quiet, very powerful.Dont mistake this to be a replacement for a massage from a human being.Self use is NOT very effective. You can't really use it effectively on your own back. This was supposedly still under warranty, but their customer service is a JOKE. They have an 800 number but no one answers or calls back. Finally got someone on email - They asked me to take it apart myself and tell them what was wrong, I did this and now they aren’t responding anymore. It looks like they are now selling this same unit under a different listing and this listing is no longer available. Convenient. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.Broke after about 6 months of infrequent use. Displaying an E3 error code. Considering I paid over $100 for this I would expect it to last longer than that. This is junk. I’ve used foam rolling and The Stick for years to deal with tight calves after running. But sometimes I get knots that can only be worked out by putting all my weight on a lacrosse ball. At least until now! This massage gun includes a ball head that replaces the lacrosse ball and doesn’t require awkward balancing.There are twenty speeds, but so far, I haven’t been able to go above four. The gun also comes with three other attachments for different muscle groups. The massage gun, charger, and the four attachments all store neatly in the included case. There’s even a spot for the manual, something that’s often overlooked. Finally, I also like that the battery is removable, so hopefully, it can be replaced when it eventually fails in the future.I only have a few very minor quibbles: First, although there’s a power button on the control panel on the back of the massager, you actually turn it on at the base of the handle. Only then does the control panel power button work. It’s noted in the manual, but I spent too long trying to figure it out on my own. Second, the handle on the case is on the back instead of the front where you’d expect it. This isn’t a big deal as long as you always zip the case when you’re done. However, if you forget and the case is unzipped when you pick it up, the massager and the charger can fall out (the massage heads are stored snugly and stay in place).But those minor issues aren’t enough to give it less than five stars. Hey, bought this massage gun RENPHO!! Read the manual, how to use and store away. It worked perfectly for the first week. Stored it away accordingly. when I want to use it, it did not work. So I started to research if I did something wrong, or if this was a common and easy to fix. I seen something about, if you haven’t used it for a few weeks. I regularly work out 7 days a week and consequently have regular bouts of Delayed Onset of Muscular Soreness. DOMS is reduced by stretching and massage.I invested in this unit as access to massage therapy is currently restricted due the COVID19 virus.The unit was ordered from Amazon and the delivery was very prompt (within 4 days). The package was well packed and came with its own soft carry case that nestled the unit very securely within the case.The massage gun had an adequate charge and I was able to use it immediately. When using it I noticed that the power display dropped from 10 in 2 increments instead of 1. On initial start-up the unit was relatively quiet. After using for a while, I noticed that the unit noise level increased slightly. The noise level seemed to increase with applied pressure to muscles. I tried the unit with all the heads but found the bullet head and the U-shaped head the most versatile. This is a personal preference as I like the deeper penetration to reduce the DOMS. All heads work well with the unit. I preferred the speed setting at around 15-16 for optimal massage. Again, this is a personal preference.There is a LED strip at the base of the battery which changes from green to red as the power level drops. This is a good visual indication and easier to see than the display at the back of the unitThings I liked:Relatively light weight (<1kg); Easy to use one handed - either hand; Relatively good operating time after charge.Things I did not like:The unit is not very silent and seems to have a vibration in the body; Battery power level drops in 2 levels each time instead of 1; No run timer; The unit needs to be speed reset after turning the start/ stop button the display on – even after a brief pause. (Update) - gun died after 6 months of use. When I try to charge it, there is a flashing red light. Sad that this is just a paper weight nowI'm writing this review after 2 months of using this massage gun. I bought this during the pandemic because I wasn't able to go to my RMT and wanted some deep dissue massage... I did a bunch of research and thought that the Theragun would be right solution. I'm glad I watched some YouTube videos on the Renpho because I do agree that this massage gun is essentially the same as the Theragun. I brought this massage gun to my in laws and it was an instant success as well with them! I do have to say, the only attachment I use is the needle head as shown in my picture. All the other attachments are just nice to haves. I am also super impressed with the battery life. I give this a 9/10, minus 1 point for ergonomics. Read more

Got it today, plugged in to charge.Turned it on and turned it up. It started sparking and caught fire. It was so scary . I switched off immediately a it continued to smoke. The whole house smells from smoke. Its is defective and dangerous. Returning it. Read more

I must have done weeks of research before finally settling on this massage gun. It had good reviews (for good reason) and was super reasonably priced in comparison to others.This thing works great. I have had zero issues and I am SO impressed with the battery life. I got it in March and have only charged it twice (July). It's super powerful, no matter how hard you jam it into your muscles it never slows down or struggles. It is VERY quiet (until you turn it way up, then it gets slightly nosier). The carrying case it comes with is super impressive and easy to bring around. All the attachments are pure gold and I use every single one.I've never had it shut down on me for overheating or overuse or any nonsense like that, even after TONS of use (it's addictive!!) Read more
