I used it for just one drop per eye at night, felt comfortable, and a bottle of Refresh lasted for a long time.However, this time, Refresh, which I purchased from American Delivery Service on Amazon, made my eyes very uncomfortable - after a drop, soon I felt eye drying and uncomfortable, then I used another drop, later another drop.
