OK let's say that being just over 50, now it's time to have some life changes and this apparently is one of them. I thought I was losing my sight, or developing cataracts (or worse), with some semi-blurred vision at night, or the allergies I've had since forever....I thought that basic ageing and inevitability were the culprit for my eyes feeling like they did. As it turns out, the doc said that it's dry eye, and instead of recommending the other products I told him about (I'd been using Refresh lately), recommended to me in the past, he quite confidently assured me that this one would be the thing that fixed my dilemmas. Yeah, right, I thought.I was a little suspect, as I expect them to favor companies who've made it worth their while. But, I couldn't find the product for a few weeks after my appointment. Maybe he wasn't just favoring a brand? I didn't realize that this was such a hot commodity! I bought the tiny vials first, as they were the only ones I could find initially. That's the same formula, but you can bring them with you and I keep some in my coin pocket in my wallet. It's a costlier way to use this daily, but I think I've gotten multiple doses out of every vial, so it works out to be about the same as this one bottle's worth, for the money. If you didn't have dry eye, or like you only get tired eyes from soooo many hours online, that you'd likely find this formula too thick. It's a really lubricating solution. Occasionally, if I'm not being faithful with the dosage, I've gotta wait a few minutes to have my vision clear. The formula can feel goopy or oily in your eyeballs. Maybe your eyes get too dry and need to get used to accommodating moisture again? But if you use it faithfully up to 3x a day, or whatever your doctor recommends, the drops are very effective. I would say going from not using any kind of regular dosage of any kind of drops to daily use? It's a drag, but yes! It was a huge fricking difference at night, especially. There are a lot of pollutants and irritants here, and I was so happy to find that my eyes didn't hurt after the first week, and my vision wasn't blurred anymore. Yes, my actual eyeballs hurt. And I'd say it was kind of achy in the back of my eyes and into the crease of my upper eyelid. Weird, but this eye drop formula stopped that discomfort after the first 8 days, I think?Well, I mean it didn't give me nearsightedness back, but I could read the movie summaries without having to stand in front of the TV. It's helped me in the car, too, even though I avoid night time driving as much as I can. Maybe I sound stupid for being surprised that a little drop of eye product could benefit me to this extent? But, I have to say that I made sure to have a supply on hand, and when I ran out, my eyes gradually went back to feeling like I'd been on horseback for a few days, in the dusty old West. And yeah, the blurred-night-vision came back. I think it's like going from thinking you're developing cataracts to suddenly taking your annoying issues right out of the picture. My only negative is finding this particular version of drops can be difficult. I couldn't find it in any drugstores or supermarkets or even at walmart locally, and Amazon sells out pretty often. Plan ahead if you think you'll need this on hand all the time. Buy it wherever you find it. It's pretty uncomfortable when you run out and your eyeballs feel like dust again.Oh--for right now, (March 2021), they've got mfr. coupons inside the boxes. IF you can find this locally...you can actually use the coupons there. Read more
Was using another popular brand with horrific results...switched to this one and, from the first use, what a difference! My eyes have improved greatly since using this one. My chronic dry eye is really bad but this product truly helps so much. No preservatives, single use vials to avoid contamination..this product is a game changer for me. Would recommend highly.!! Have already repurchased.. Read more
My eye doctor gave me a sample and I purchased more right away. My eyes have always been dry and as I get older, it seems to get worse. The first time I put one of these drops in my eyes, it was instant relief. I have a drawer full of different brands that didn't help. Read more
I love Refresh Digital PF. It's preservative free as my ophthalmologist has ordered and works well to add moisture to my dry eyes. However, Amazon has screwed up the delivery all 3 times I've ordered it The first time I ordered 3 of the product and received only one of the correct product and the other two another Refresh product The 2nd time I ordered 3 again and received one of the correct product and two of the wrong ones. Today I ordered 6 of the product and received 6 Refresh Contact drops. The first two times they messed up, they replaced the order no charge, but this time they would only offer a refund. The refund does me no good when I can't get the product. This product is sold and shipped by Amazon, so it's on them for screwing up. The other two times the associate I spoke with could replace the product. This time the associate tried to get a replacement but Amazon wouldn't allow her to do more than give a refund. It's not her fault. I wanted to send an e-mail with the complaint, but I couldn't locate a place on the site to do so. I know this "review" won't be printed, but it is the only way I know how to register my complaint. It's surprising that Amazon has done so superbly in delivering my orders correctly and in an amazingly timely way, but there is a real problem with the delivery of Refresh Digital PF. Read more
Our eye doctor recommended the digital and it is great - be sure to get only the vials that are preservative free (you do NOT want to put preservatives in your eyes - the bottled ones have that - so get only vials). We ordrered this item from amazon and got something completely different (not digital) so we had to return them. We use the drops 4 times a day as prescribed by the Dr. These are great for those who use the computer or TV alot - or are older like us whose eyes get dry - plus we live in the desert. This is a fairly new product and we have tried EVERYTHING out there & these are really good. Be sure to not put anything in your eye that has Bella - sometimes it is a hidden ingredient and we have phone manufacturers and they say yes it is in there..... so be very careful. Read more
I only use Refresh eye drops. I rotate at times, and use several times a day. They all work really well and make my eyes feel better. But......nothing overtly noticeable, but the last few months, it seems I wasn’t having total clarity...again, nothing horrible, just things didn’t seem as sharp or clear as they should, everything seemed a bit hazy. From the first time using these, everything became really sharp and clear again. I have no idea why or what it is in these drops to do that, but I am loving them. Now, I wish I didn’t have so many of their other drops to use...I can’t afford to just toss, but then again, they all have things that are beneficial so it will be good to still use them. I’ll just use them at times when sharpness isn’t such an issue, and again, my clarity is not bad at all. Anyhoo......absolutely love these and now I know my clarity issue wasn’t just my imagination!
