These brushes are excellent! They come in a great carrying case to keep them organized and in great shape. Every brush you could need: powder, highlighting, contouring, eye shadow applicators and brushes for blending, lining, smudging, etc. plus a nice spooly for brow grooming. The brush quality is premier. I’ve had zero issues with bristles coming loose, which I’ve experienced with other brushes, leaving fine little hairs all over my face after use. I gave these and a new make up mirror to my girlfriend about a month ago. I know she doesnt use the larger brushes in the set but does use the smaller ones and loves the detail they give her on her make up. She's a cosmetologist and takes great pride in her looks and the fact she uses these would speak volumes to anyone that knows her. She told me they are comparable to the high end name brand brushes where these sets would be 5-10x as much price wise. I settled on this one because of the carrying case, since she occasionally does make up/hair etc for events like weddings and such.pros:1. I was iffy buying a brush set off Amazon, especially at such an affordable price. Definitely was nervous about bristles falling out as I've had that happen in the past with cheap brushes. I'm a makeup artist and needed a new set for weddings. These were AMAZING. The brushes are super soft but the first thing I noticed when I opened the package is that the fake leather not only looks cheap but smelled really toxic. The brushes were probably sprayed with a fragrance to counter act that. This may be fine for people who aren't sensitive to chemicals. But I would use anything synthetic on my skin that has been sitting in this plastic smell considering 60-80% percent of your skin absorbs what you put on into your bloodstream. I think this company might consider being more cognizant of probably Made-In-China unregulated stuff. Read more

I'm not one that usually uses a lot of make up products or brushes. A downsize in our living space made me decide to look into ways to be more organized and compact. I looked for a brush set that had it's own case and, even though I don't even know what most of the brushes are for, but I have found that I like having more options available for me and I really appreciate the case, too. I purchased this with the intention of using it for travel. It's OK as a budget-friendly option. Let the black imitation leather case air out in a well-ventilated area when you unbox it. It took 24 hours to outgas and lose the unpleasant odor. The downside on the 15-PC brush set lacks a highlighter brush and fluffy eyeshadow brush. Ootherwise it has large basic face brushes and small detail brushes for most looks one will want to create. The bristles are soft enough and easy to clean. They pick up and apply powders and blend creams just fine. It would be helpful if the handles had labels to identify the expected job tasks each brush should perform. Beginners will appreciate guidance, but they can print out a reference chart if they really need that extra help. As for the case, it snaps closed.
