Can't believe that the product sell by AMAZON is fake!!! When I first look at the brush and sponge, they have the RT logo on it and so I believe is authentic. When I use the brush, it's not soft, so I didn't use it as often because I don't like the texture on my face. I said it was FAKE because when I replaced this sponge(included in the set) with my old RT sponge, it felt so different! It's not as soft as the real one I bought from Walmart and it's so hard to apply my foundation evenly. The RT logo imprint differently! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! (What can I say!!!! Cheap for a reason!) Lastly, It's not the first time I bought FAKE RT from AMAZON! the sponge set also fake! sell by amazon(prime) doesn't mean it's 100% authentic. :) Read more

I love this set! I'm a beginner at makeup, so it took me a while to learn how to use each brush. Originally, I was supposed to swing for the RT Artist Essentials set (the one with the fan brush), but I'm really glad I got this instead. I don't follow the brush guide, so here's how I use the set for reference:I use sheer-coverage foundations and skin tints. I use my hands to blend them in, then buff it out with the Complexion Sponge (the wider side). When I apply concealer afterward, I tap it in with my fingers, then use the pointy side of the sponge to blend it out for a more natural finish.I prefer cream blushes over powder ones, so instead of using the Blush Brush, I'd dab cream blush on my cheeks with my fingers, then stipple it out with the Foundation Brush. It diffuses the blush and makes me look like I have a soft, natural glow. I don't use the Blush Brush for this purpose because it's more for powders than creams.I use the Blush Brush for powder bronzer, and the Deluxe Crease Brush to contour my nose. I haven't found a use for the actual setting brush yet, so I think I'll give it away. I don't use powder highlight; but if you do, I think this may work for that purpose? Again, I'm just a beginner, so I'm not really sure.Overall, it's definitely worth the purchase. The handles are heavier and more durable than I expected them to be, and the bristles are super soft and easy to clean. I've washed the set three times without any issues. The sponge came with a nick on it, but it doesn't affect the use so I don't really mind. I feel like I got my money's worth.Note: beauty sponge unpictured. Read more

These brushes are amazing! I read some reviews that said they weren’t real. I actually purchased another set from the store for my daughter because they happened to be on sale around the same time I received these. Packaging and products are exactly the same! I purchased this set because I used brushes from RT in the past and lived it. I typically used the beauty blender brand for sponges, but decided to give RT’s sponge a shot. The brushes seemed okay to use and the sponge was great, however, after the first wash it started deteriorating right away and it was almost slimy when washing it. I decided to purchase the same sponge from target and see if it would do the same after the first wash, to my surprise, it didn’t. Made me question the authenticity of this kit. I'm always trying to get a good deal on things, so before buying this set, I bought one of those super affordable make up brush sets that gives you 20 brushes for a cheap price. Those are not worth it! All the bristles are soft and fluffy. The Real Techniques brushes are still affordable compared to other higher end brushes, so the value is still there. I also love the colors, they're so pretty. In my opinion, as someone who wears makeup daily but does not have an intense routine, you're honestly better off buying a smaller set of brushes than getting 20 brushes, most of which you will never use if you're like me. Not sure if it's original real techniques because it looks a bit different from the ones I already have. Also the writing on the brushes are different from the real techniques ones I already have. However, these brushes are so soft and applies my makeup well with no issues so far (been using over a month now) also have washed well with no shedding. I will purchase again. Read more

I've been wanting to purchase brushes, but wasn't sure where to start. A college girl recommended these to me (she's very good at makeup), so I bought them because I figured $16 wouldn't make or break me. It was so worth it! If you bake your make up, the blender and the larger brushes are so great. The others are so good for eyeshadow, concealer, and highlighter. So glad I bought these! Read more

FAKE!! These were a replacement for the same brushes I already had and these are definitely counterfeit. The quality is terrible in comparison and a big tell tell sign is the lettering on the brushes which greatly varies. There’s also a spelling mistake on one of the brushes - “duluxe” instead of “deluxe”. DISAPPOINTED and no way of contacting seller for a refund 👎 Read more

Chi scrive che è un fake, evidentemente non è aggiornato sui nuovi modelli e prima di scrivere sciocchezze, dovrebbe farlo!Ho acquistato diversi pennelli singoli di questo brand ed alcuni set e tra i kit questo è il mio preferito.Il pennello da blush e quello per il correttore (che utilizzo di più) sono eccellenti, durante l'uso o al lavaggio non perdono un pelo e oltre ad essere performanti sono molto morbidi.Per chi usa il fondotinta liquido questo kit contiene anche l' expert face, uno dei pennelli più famosi e venduti di Real Techniques...Spero che il mio commento possa essere utile per il tuo acquisto! Compré este set de brochas por unos 14€, estaban rebajados, PENSANDO QUE ERAN ORIGINALES, y que era una buena oferta, pues en las perfumerías cuestan unos 20€ .Era la primera vez que compraba brochas de esta marca y por eso tal vez A SIMPLE VISTA NO NOTAS NADA EXTRAÑO, pues viene BIEN EMPAQUETADO y realmente LAS BROCHAS SON DE BUENA CALIDAD AUNQUE NO SEAN LAS AUTÉNTICAS. Sin embargo, cuando empecé a usar LA ESPONJA, QUE ESTA SÍ LA HABÍA PROBADO ANTES (BASTANTES VECES), NOTÉ ALGO EXTRAÑO, ya que la esponja no volvía a su tamaño original cuando la mojaba y se secaba, y se queda como humeda cuando la esponja original de Real Techniques se seca y vuelve a hacerse pequeña, sin dejar ningún rastro de humedad.Recientemente he adquirido un set de brochas de Real Techniques en la tienda física de Druni, y me he fijado en detalles que podéis ver en las imágenes, SON DETALLES MÍNIMOS, CASI NO SE PUEDEN PERCIBIR. (Apologies for the poor lighting) if you look at the box here and the actual real techniques packaging- the stickers and language are different- the blush brush and the sponge sizes are also significantly smaller and the quality is noticeably not as good as the ones I had bought in person. These brushes are counterfeit and thousands have been sold. Avoid this scam and just get them on the boots website. Read more

Leí las opiniones de este producto algunas decían que sí eran originales y otras que no, sobre todo por las esponjas, ahora que las tengo comprobé que SÍ son originales. Aunque me sacó de onda que el tamaño y textura de las esponjas es diferente (en la primera foto la de lado derecho es la que trae su case y la otra es la del set) así que investigue y básicamente real techniques cambió el material con el que fabricaban sus esponjas por eso se ve más poroso y más pequeña (vi un artículo y dos videos de YouTube). Ya la usé y lavé y no se me rompió, aunque sí absorbe más producto que la edición anterior (qué es la que trae el set) no quedó manchada y fue muy fácil lavarla. RECOMIENDO ESTE SET, sí te ahorras bastante a que si las compraras individual. Read more
