I have other aventurine/jade gua sha massage tools. But, the pictures in the product details showed an interesting coloration of the stone. While I know that the stones would vary, as is the nature of any crystal/stone, I took a chance. And am I so glad that I did. The gua sha stone has an array of white and shaves of green, creating a wonderful visual appeal. See the attached photos to view the beautiful appearance of the stone.The gua sha follows the popular heart shape, and is adequately polished, presenting a nice sheen and smooth surface. The contour is also nicely polished, with no evidence of nicks or cracks. The gua sha is not thick, like some other gua sha. It has more of a coin like profile. But, is thick enough to convey confidence in the stability and durability of the stone.The gua sha come inside a nice metal case, with a cleaning cloth. This exemplifies the care, consideration for the quality assurance of the product. This is one of the most uniquely colored jade gua sha tools that I’ve ever come across! I love the chunky mineral inclusions and the muted mossy green pastel hue. It’s nicely shaped, comfortable to hold, and it’s smoothly polished all over too! I love using it for different acupressure techniques and along my facial contours, so I’d definitely recommend this one to others.
