Reading the reviews, I was excited to find an affordable, functional spray bottle. However, upon receiving the bottle I was sorely disappointed. The spray nozzle doesn't work because the lever you press to spray is missing a piece of plastic (shown in picture: what I received (missing piece of plastic circled in red) v.s. the picture seller posted). Can't believe something I could have bought at any 99cent store I bought online instead and it don't work. I twisted, turned it, and everything else and couldn't get the liquid to even make it half way up the tube. Threw it away 20 minutes after getting it. SMH. Read more

This bottle is fantastic. Some people have said that it's not good for oil. Fine. Don't use it with oil.But for anything that's water-based, you can't beat this bottle. I've used lots of other spray bottles before, and I always thought, "We have amazing technology that allows us to make iPhones, supersonic planes, and nuclear submarines, but we can't figure out how to make a simple spray bottle that actually works?"Look no further. This bottle is fantastic. If you look at the picture you will see that there is a plastic piece extending on the side opposite of the trigger. When you hold this spray bottle, you will understand that it's one of the greatest features of the bottle. It stabilizes the bottle against the thenar space (i.e. the space between your thumb and index finger) so you can squeeze to your heart's content.The action on the trigger is good and the whole unit is solid.There are two small drawbacks, but most people won't care because they'll be so happy to have found a spray bottle that actually works:1) if you have small hands, this bottle is not for you. The trigger is angled far to the front. This is great because it gives a larger trigger displacement and this limits the number of times you have to squeeze the trigger to get the amount of spray you want. But if you have small hands, it's going to be uncomfortable.2) the color. You don't have a choice. The picture here is a black bottle and they do advertise that it is "frosted assorted colors". As a male jock, I was hoping for blue, but I got pink. Still, I can deal with it because this bottle works so well.One recommendation I have is that you order two of them. If you are using it for disinfecting purposes, one can be for vinegar and the other for hydrogen peroxide. I know it's a small quibble, but I keep expecting a green one. The first one got lost in the mail, so I ordered a second one. The first one did arrive, about 2 weeks later than it was supposed to. So, now I have two. The first one to arrive was dark pink. The second one to arrive was purple. Any guy who orders this and gets either of those colors would be disappointed. Just saying. Just what I needed! Got this to order my plants. Great price and size and it works perfectly for what I wanted. It's like air gets in the line and the bubble has to get out before it continues to spray or something. It's just okay. Not terrible. Not great.The color is clearly stated as being random and I got a pink one. I was going to order several, but decided to try only one first and I'm glad I did because I won't be ordering more.The bottom of the bottle is not flat. I almost made a video of how it rocks when I put it down on a hard, flat surface.The threads are coarse and the plastic has rough places from the mold used to make the bottle. The frosted effect is made by having a rough surface on the plastic. The fact that there are so few threads and there are irregularities are probably why it leaks. I will probably just use it for plain water and put it in something else to keep it upright.This bottle had a tag saying it was the #1 Best Seller. I don't understand that. I went to a brick and mortar store yesterday and bought a much better made bottle for a much lower price. This Tolco bottle feels like it should be something to pick up at the dollar store although the sprayer feels like a little better quality than the dollar one. Read more

I didn't realize something as simple as a spray bottle could be made badly. But basically within 2 days of use bottle plastic body cracked. This plastic isn't the same plastic as the regular plastic we encounter in cleaning supplies etc. It's much thinner. Read more

I've used a Tolco spray bottle for 6+ years and it finally died. My husband uses it to spray water on his work shirts before ironing and he dropped it a few times. The one we used to have was a triangular shaped one and so it had edges that cracked and then I would patch it up with acrylic. But he finally dropped it one too many times and it was unfixable. So... we immediately checked out amazon for a suitable replacement. We looked into amber glass bottles, and ultra fine mist sprayers but ultimately came back to this frosted Tolco Spray Bottle. The spray nozzle is perfect for our needs, a really good mist for ironing, and yet a good strong mist for cutting hair as well. We really could not be more pleased with this spray bottle! It has a really good design, excellent spray head, and since it only holds eight ounces of water, it's easy to use for both ironing and hair cuts. But then again, it only holds eight ounces!! I know there's a tolco spray bottle that holds double, but that's just too much.. I really do just want something around twelve ounces. Until then, this one is great. I really can't complain, except for how few ounces it holds. Also, fantastic price for the best spray bottle out there!! Believe me we've tried so many!!!! Read more
