This brand is being advertised as the Methylcobalamin form of B12 and it is not. I've take Methyl B12 for years and thought I would try this brand and after 30 days of taking it my B12 levels were extremely low. I also realized where it lists B12 on the back it does not say Methylcobalamin (see photo). If it is not that form of B12 it should not be advertised as if it is. Also note the worn/dirty edges of the label, the bottle arrived looking that way, it makes me wonder how reliable the packaging/storage is for this product. I am currently into the 3rd week of a 30 day supply of a bottle of Raw Organic Whole Food Methyl B-12 supplement by Peak Performance. Since I have taken B-12 supplements for over ten years I cannot honestly say that I have felt any new or renewed energy or well being from taking this, but I have been feeling fairly good this past week. What I really like is that they are capsules (easier to digest) verses the compressed powered B-12 pills I have taken for years. This B-12 wins because it doesn't have any unnecessary fillers in it. Most of other B-12's here on Amazon do. Why the hek would you want to take a vitamin (to improve your health) with some filler like titanium dioxide or magnesium stearite (to decrease your health).it doesn't make any sense why so many manufacturers wouldn't ditch the older technologies opting for modern scientifically proven way to manufacture. Meanwhile we select whats most pure and additives free. In this sense- Peak's Performance's B-12 Is one of the healthiest available as of now. Btw, read dr.Oz's posts about fillers in our vitamins and the damage they do, like titanium dioxide - How it coats the intestine lining that makes for good stuff like vitamins practically impossible to be absorbed! I've been taking this product for some time..I love it...I'm 74 n I feel great...never a reaction...I am allergic to most of the OTC supplements..due to their chemical content....I realize everyone is different but.....when I switched to these...I started to feel better right awayPS I reported ...IP Knightly's comments .. as this person is constantly writing negative comments on this Company/Products...and recomending grass clippings instead...."without stating proof"..
