I think this particular brand is the best value to be found on Amazon when looking for a quercetin supplement--at least best I could find after scouring the offerings. Nothing but gelatin & rice powder used to make the caps (no magnesium stearate). Not taking these for pain, but primarily for anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer & anti-oxidant purposes, as well as to dampen allergy symptoms. I cannot isolate the perceived benefit of this one particular supplement, because I take it daily in concert with several other supplements (as a cancer survivor) to support disease immunity by a naturally sourced nutritarian approach any return of my former disease.
