Quercetin is a type of flavonoid antioxidant that’s found in plant foods I have allergies year-round and this supplement has made a huge difference with no side effects . It's not a complete curebut it makes a big difference for me . I've been taking this for a few weeks now and have noticed minor headaches and leg twitch/sensitivity at night. I looked this up and found its a possible side effect of quercetin. It does help for allergies and I think this is probably an OK dosage for that. I've also seen a slight reduction in my hypertension and I'm pleased with that. I'm going to try it for another week and see if this clears up. I may try a lower dose if that doesn't work because I think the overall health benefits of this are significant. Read more
