I've purchased a couple of items from P/Y/T now and have really enjoyed the line. The blush color was true to their images on here and the packaging is beautiful. Even better, it's durable, so I can throw the blush in my purse when I'm on the go and don't have to worry about it opening. I know determining accurate colors on a screen can be challenging. But I checked both Amazon and the brand web site. This looks like a very cool pink and is marketed as mauve rose. However, it absolutely has a more orange hue to it. It is a matte finish, and it is very rich in color deposit. But with the tilt toward the warmer color, it just isn't what I was expecting. This PYT powder blush is a nice quality powder. I do use my own blush brush to apply it. I have very fair skin and so I chose what I thought was an appropriately subtle shade, however, it barely shows even though it’s buildable. I would recommend ordering a shade deeper than what you think you need. Otherwise, I would like this product a lot! Read more

This blush rates five stars, just not for this order. I ordered two PYT blushes, one in the new pink case, and this one in the old style black case. Pink case arrived with no problems, but black case morphed into a man's v-neck sweater in transit. Returned the sweater, yea Amazon, but won't reorder this case style blush. I usually buy benefit Hervana. It's now difficult to find and way too costly when I find it. I was looking for an affordable, not too bright color. I gave this blush in Soft Matte Pink a try. I usually dislike pink shades but this was perfect. I'm a blue eyed blonde with a warmish complexion. It's perfect for me. It also has staying power. Read more

I tend to use cream blushes because powders usually disappear from my face half way through the day. This surprised me, I still had blush on when I took my makeup off at the end of the day. The shade "head rush" is beautiful and I felt that the shimmer was understated but present. I didn't feel like a disco ball wearing this. Definitely adding this to my everyday face! Read more

I love this blush, but I’m sad to see the new design doesn’t include a mirror so I’ve kept my old empty compact in my makeup bag because the new one doesn’t have a mirror. That won’t deter me from buying a replacement once my new blush is gone. Just felt the need to voice my sadness to see the mirror go. Read more
