So many of the other Zinc pills were 25 mg. I bought this one because it was actually 50 mg. And there are quite a few pills for a very good price. But, they lack the coating that most of the commercial pills have, so where commercial made pills slide down a throat with some water, as soon as water touches this pill, it starts to dissolve making it stick to my tongue, which makes it hard to swallow.
